Semi-Finalist at the Portuguese Youth Open

Maria reached the semi-finals of the Portuguese Youth Open, taking place at Porto (13-15 December 2013) losing to the number one seed and subsequent winner.
At the group stage Maria recorded three wins against ANDRADE Raquel POR 3-1 ( -9, 9, 10), BALLESTER Maria ESP 3-1 (4, -9, 8, 6)  and MAGALHAES Beatriz POR  3 - 0 (3, 7, 3).

At the quarter finals she met BALLESTER Sara ESP and won 3 - 0 (8, 4, 5) and at the semi final lost to FINS Rita POR 0-3 ((4, 6, 9).
